OUR STORY

IKOTECH was founded by Paul (left) and Neil (right) with a mission to bring a fresh, people-first approach to tech support.

The name IKOTECH was inspired by our very first project—a systems migration. "Ikō suru," the Japanese phrase for "to migrate," reflects our focus on transformation and forward momentum. It also nods to our appreciation for the innovation and discipline often found in Japanese culture.

Our logo and branding are inspired by migrating geese—with the alternate logo featuring a goose leading a fleet of drones, representing our core belief: technology works best when it's guided by people. (as well as being certified drone pilots)

At the heart of our company is a friendly, “here to help” mentality that shapes everything we do. We implement market-leading technologies with a personal touch, because we believe IT isn’t just about systems and software—it’s about people.
