We start with an introductory in-person visit to make sure we’re the right fit for your business. Once we understand where you are today and where you want to go, the rest is straightforward.
When you need support, just give us a call. We’ll first try to resolve the issue by phone or by securely remoting into your computer. If that doesn’t solve it, we’ll come on-site.
At the end of each month, you’ll receive a single invoice for the total support hours used—simple and transparent.
