3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary access, and reasonable cooperation required for service delivery. Delays or failures resulting from lack of client cooperation may impact service timelines and outcomes.

4. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and external factors may occasionally affect service performance.

5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in separate agreements or invoices. All payments are due according to agreed terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

IKOTECH shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding billing period.

9. Data Protection & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect client data and systems. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or cyber threats.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the individual service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IKOTECH operates, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
